Große Brennnessel (Urtica dioica) or in English, Stinging Nettle, grows like weed along forest paths. Boy, does it sting. Once I accidentally brushed my arm on one of these plants and my arm was on fire for a whole hour. That educated me to recognize it from a distance and to keep my distance.
However, these stinging plants are good for two home remedies.

Hey z, thought you'd never ask. There are two remedies 1) for dandruff! and 2) blood circulation to live up to 100! I am a living testimony of the first remedy. I am cured of flaky bits. And as for the 2nd remedy, a very old lady who is almost 100 years old, said so.
